In the summer of 2020 the death of George Floyd led to days of protests and altercations between local residents, law enforcement and the National Guard. Cameron Wallis was on the ground, capturing powerful images that told to story of city that had lost faith in the establishments that we ment to protect them. Cameron was a finalist in the Kennedy Awards for Excellence in Journalism for his coverage.
